I hope you'll get some good responses, but then you'll face the harder task of choosing between them. I suggest that you write down your needs, decide which of them are deal-breakers and prioritize the rest, and develop a working budget for the first year (which will include design, setup, training, and probably data migration) and subsequent years. I would also consider whether to separate the CRM and web projects. A good database consultant might not be a strong web designer/developer and vice versa.
