Recently I purchased an Online Quickbooks Plus Subscription, I want to upgrade to Quickbooks Online Advanced what happens to the previous subscription? Is it replaced?
Thank you for your message!
We are working with Intuit to provide as seamless of an upgrade process as possible, and hope to have more information to share soon!

We are also using quickbooks online and need to go to quickbooks online advanced.
What is the best process? I am not certain the best path to take.
Since your organization obtained the QuickBooks Onlin Plus product through TechSoup, we will have an upgrade path to provide you with once it's ready which will allow your organization to switch to QuickBooks Online Advanced. We have not yet finalized this process yet, so I will reach out once it has been completed.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
I would also like to upgrade my organization from Online Plus to Online Advanced. Do you have a rough timeline when the upgrade path will be available, or is there a way to be notified when it becomes available?
The anticipated timeline for this path has been moved to September, and I will let everyone know once this is in place. If for whatever reason your organization needs to upgrade sooner, I've spoke to some organizations that have had success using Chronobooks to transfer company files over.
Thanks for your patience!

Can you let us know the status of this? Is there an upgrade path from QB Online to QB Advanced Online through TechSoup? If not, do you have a timeline when this might be available?
Thanks for your message!
Looking at your organization's account with us, I can see that your organization previously requested QBO Plus. Since this is the case and it does not appear as though you are currently using a retail QBO product we will be able to help you upgrade to QBOA. One of our customer service agents will be reaching out!
We have a current techsoup QBO Plus subscription as well as a Chronobooks subscription. I know that Chronobooks is being rolled into QBO Advanced. We hope to upgrade to QBO Advanced and be able to keep our Chronobooks backup history. Is there a way to do that?
If you have a current QBO Plus subscription that was obtained through TechSoup, then I will have a customer service representative reach out to help you upgrade to the Advanced version. I am not sure how the acquisition of Chronobooks affects existing Chronobooks users, but I'm sure Intuit support could help you confirm that aspect!
