My organization is a TechSoup member and have received products from Microsoft before(login to the Volume Licensing portal) ..... I recently received 3 PC's without HD's to use in our organization. After reading what Microsoft says about their full version of Windows 10, what would be the best practice and path to acquire and load Windows onto these PC's?
Are you looking for general help about acquiring Windows 10, or specific help about getting it from TechSoup?

Sorry I didn't reply sooner.....got sidetracked on other projects.... If you look at both the upgrade version and the complete version of windows 10, it appears you must have an OS on your HD. It makes no mention of building from scratch.....What do you suggest?
It seems like your best bet for Windows will be to purchase the full OS.Be sure to read the terms and note that Microsoft only allows this deal to be used once per organization.
It says you need to have an OS installed to be eligible, so you might need to start by installing something like Linux, Chromium OS, Neverware CloudReady, or FreeDOS.
Another option would be to skip Windows and use these as Linux PCs or Chromebooks.
