We are a small non-profit organization - no staff, no office. I am wondering whether QuickBooks Online makes more sense for us - backed up, available to treasurer and bookkeeper and president without installing it on separate computers or a standalone shared computer. I would like to know people's experience with online QuickBooks - good and bad.

There have been some previous discussions of QB Online here, like this one and this one. If you run a search, then click Knowledge, then Community you'll find more (also, check out the How To articles). You should also take advantage of the QB Community discussions, like this one.

I don't know anything about the group putting it on, but the description says it will address things like What QuickBooks products are available? and Which QuickBooks product is the best for me?
