In August 2017, we received a donation of Visio. We were thrilled. Now, not so much. After months of trying, we couldn't figure out how to use Microsoft's complex software download procedure. We are not IT people. A few months ago, your CEO sent out a survey- and we answered that we'd never received the donation and did not forsee having that capability in the future. You sent me a phone number to call Microsoft for DVDs. I called and had to ARGUE with the person at the other end that you gave me the number to get the DVDs. Finally got them. Then we bought an external drive so we could download them. They sent 8 discs- and 3 say," disc 1." No instructions. We've randomly put discs in the drive and nothing happens. We called Microsoft for help and they want to charge us $500 to tell us how to download the discs. This has been a horrible experience- and the donation is unfortunately worthless. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
