We presently have a three user license from Quickbooks, albeit for the 2016 edition. We would prefer to update to the 2020 edition. Quickbooks/Intuit has quoted us $1,295.00 price, plus $250 for annual tech support. Two of our power users seem to not require the tech support, so we are not looking to opt-in to that... product.
My question: TechSoup identifies a "$150 admin fee" for this particular software. Really, our organization can purchase Quickbooks Nonprofit Premier Edition - 2020, for Windows desktop for a TOTAL PRICE of $150?
Please help us to understand.

That is correct, if your organization is eligible (which looking at your account, your organization is), then the QuickBooks Premier 2020 three-user licenses is $150. You will get download and installation support from Intuit for 1-year for free, and other tech support may require a one-time fee to Intuit.

I have a question about the same product. Will I be able to integrate my current QB information into this version so there will be no data loss or need to completely redo our information already in our QB program?
