We are in the process of considering CRM systems for our non-profit and I am interested in a CRM that is a single platform and has marketing automation, CRM, list segmentation, email marketing, e-commerce shopping cart and integrates with other products easily. Any recommendations and/or thoughts? Thank you.

Are you looking for recommendations from other nonprofits, from vendors or consultants, or all of the above?
Have you set a budget for this project, including software costs and implementation/conversion costs?
What system(s) are you using now? How many constituent records are in each? How many staff (and other) users would the new system have?

We are also looking for a new CRM system. Currently using Network for Good - it's great, but it is a little awkward when it comes to signing up our members. It just wants to think of everyone as a donor, but that sometimes gets confusing, especially when pulling reports or using their nifty fundraising page modules. Also, we run several retail shops using Square POS. We are hoping to find something that would integrate with that as well, so we can avoid the current double-entry of data and potential loss of the ones that might "fall through the cracks."
We have about 400 members, 2000 constituent entries in the entire database. Network for Good is not cheap - I think we pay around $2700 and we would really like to pay less going forward, if possible.
