Hi Guys- I an coming into a nonprofit pregnancy center as their bookkeeper, data entry person and their QB is pretty outdated (2014) and not properly organized to where we are using the full potential. The main issue is, it is connected with a program called ekyros, where it feeds into QB. We are looking to upgrade to Nonprofit QB, but I'm wondering a couple things. 1st- we have to have the desktop version- the ekryos program will not run on the online version I am told. Is the version that we can get through here, hard copy/desktop or is it online only? And 2- do you think I would be better off starting over from scratch- or are there some tricks I'm not thinking of to organize/utilize this program better to be more resourceful for us?
