We currently use Quick Books online - we are an Elementary School PTO. We are paying the regular on line rate of $60 per month. Someone just introduced me to Tech Soup and it seems we are eligible to get it for $50 per year. This would be a tremendous savings for us. My question is - has anyone switched from a regular subscription to a Tech Soup subscription? Just nervous about how that would work? Would we use the same account we have, do we have to set up something new? We have so many things tied to the QB account we have now (Bank accounts, Paypal, Accountant) that I am afraid it would be difficult to have to switch it all.
Thanks for any insight!
A group called Quickbooks Made Easy is teaching a free (at least, I think it's free) webinar tomorrow that might help. I don't know anything about the group putting it on, but the description says it will address things like What QuickBooks products are available? and Which QuickBooks product is the best for me?

I have the same exact question. We currently use QuickBooks online and would like to switch over to a subscription of QuickBooks through Tech Soup to save money. How do we do this??? My organization is already approved through TechSoup and I have QuickBooks in my cart. I just need to know the process of switching my billing. Does anyone know?
