Hoping you might offer a discounted subscription to bill.com in the future. Such a great timesaver for nonprofits.
Thank you for your message!
We do have a few accounting options on the TechSoup site such as Intuit QuickBooks. We are constantly looking to hear from nonprofits about what their needs are. What about Bill.com do you find benefits your organization?

Bill.com would work beautifully with QuickBooks. It would give us the multi- level, online approval process we need for accounts payable. Since my board treasurer
I agree with this thread, Bill.com would be great as it ties directly into QuickBooks saving one entire transaction entry step, which saves time and is also less prone to entry errors. You can pay a bill directly through QB using a Bill.com link inside QB. It would be seamless. Currently Bill.com is not too expense, but if TechSoup could negotiate a cheaper rate, it would be very helpful.
Actually I totally agree, unfortunately each time we've talked with Bill.com they've declined the chance to create a nonprofit program here, but hey, since you are asking again, I'm glad to give it a fresh shot now!
Fingers crossed everyone,

Thank you! Would definitely appreciate that as well!
We would definitely appreciate a discounted bill.com option/opportunity as well. Thank you!
Voting for this partnership as well!
Wow you guys are tenacious! I just sent over another attempt to raise their interest now. As part of it, I included the URL for this string. So if you're hoping to convince them, NOW is a great time to add your own post here saying why you want Bill.com to be part of the TechSoup family.
Fingers crossed everyone!
Definitely interested in this! We already use QuickBooks Online thru TechSoup and really need to implement an Approval Workflow for payables, as well as automate our manual check writing. As I understand, with Bill.com, we'd have to pay for each individual approver as a user which is $49 each per month, plus our bookkeeper and treasurer. There's no way we can justify several hundred dollars a month to automate our approval workflow. (Please someone tell me if I'm wrong on their pricing). Some of our approvers would only need to approve 5-10 items in a year, but being able to do this electronically rather than paper would be a great time saver for us.
YES! I would love a discounted option for bill.com. I have used it in previous for-profit jobs where money wasn't so tight, but it's a tough expense to add on top of our QBO subscription. Even when you factor in the discounted "approver only" users, we'd be adding a minimum of $100/month. I'm sure that sounds like a small amount to bill.com, but that's $1,200 that could go to programming in our communities.
